I must admit I've never fully adapted to Everyman, but I did live on a schedule like that for about a month, with 5hrs sleep/day on average (while I normally need at least 8 to feel fit) |

2007: DILD=16, WILD=13, total lucid time approx 1h 50mins
I talked to Puredoxyk, who created the Uberman and Everyman sleep schedules. She told me that I should stay strict on my nap times, or it can result in a longer adaptation period. |
