I don't think vitamin b6 works on me... ever other night I tried it, on those nights i remembered one dream at the most, but on the nights i didn't take it, I rememebered more dreams, the Quarter in the Sky happened when I didn't take any B6 (check my journal).
      Bollocks.

Try eating long enough before you go to bed that you are hungry enough to eat right then, but don't. Just lay down and try to go to sleep your stomach will bother you a bit, but since it's not using energy to digest food, you seem to stay in a lighter layer of sleep where lucidity is always right at hand. You can drink water, no sugar at all, to keep from feeling hungry the food is the problem, the chemical reactions put you into a deeper sleep often below dream sleep, like when they give you a sedative before a surgery, you are technically asleep but so deeply that you don't dream. That's probably what the food just before bed is doing. A cool room 60-65 and a really warm bed is best because the cool room will keep you from sweating, but the bed will keep your body from having to heat itself. You have to tweak little sometimes insignificant things to LD. If you do eat before bed, eat meat. It metabolizes slowly and doesn't readily produce sugars like carbohydrates.

Hmmm, I didn't think of it that way...

When I take Vitamin B12 now, I have many dreams, but they are very hazy.

That was really helpful, actually. =D

I eat really early in the evening, and I was wondering if it might have been affecting it.

      Now, for a snack.
      unsettled,
you sleep tonight and dream of bigger things.

      writings.

What has an anaesthetic got to do with cornflakes?
(Hopefully something important enough to warrant resurrecting an old thread)

Unless otherwise stated, views expressed in this post are not necessarily representative of the official Dream Views stance. Hell, it's probably not even representative of me.

because the slang/street term for ketamine is special k or kelloggs - among others.
