      Question 'Brillaint Dreams Dream Aid' - Need Experienced Opinion

      Hey Guys,
      I was browsing for some Lucid Dreaming info and I came across :


      I spent a good while reading up and I'm at a loose end as to what I think of them, could someone give me there experienced opinion whether to try them or not. I can get a good Lucid dream about once a week but even then its pretty vivid, I just wonder if this is the little push I need to really get the hang of Lucidity.

      Seen it, not impressed. If I had to guess I'd say that it's a combination of Melatonin and B6 / B12. You can get the same thing in a pharmacy for much cheaper Read the repository in the lucid aids forum.

      Well said Ninja. People use Lucid Dreaming as cheap antics for selling crap for high prices that are not even justified.
