I take 100mg of b-6 when I want to have really vivid dreams. I would not suggest taking it more than maybe 3 times a week. Take it directly before you lay down and go to sleep. If you're like me, you might find yourself waking up to some intense dreams, after a few hours of sleep. Otherwise, you'll sleep through it. Either way, it should boost your dreaming after a couple of uses.
Melatonin and B-6 is usually an awesome combination. The B-6 makes your dreams more vivid (and, often, intense) and the Melatonin keeps you asleep, so that you don't wake up in the middle of your adventures. It also helps ensure you get a full 8-hours of sleep, which will make your last REM period much more epic, if you're on B-6 as well.
As far as Calea; I've had a lot of good experiences with Calea. It makes my dreams really vivid, almost like the b6, but not as intense (usually).
