As far back as I can remember, I've always slept with at least the radio on. I got a TV in my room when I was about 7 (about 8 and a half years ago), and have always slept with it on since. |

Well sometimes i used to sleep with the radio on too but when they were talking and i was dreaming i would dream about what they were talking about. They were talking about horror movies once and it caused me to have a night mare. so ya i think it affects your dreams. |

Some are born to sweet deleight
Some are born to endless night
I meant more like if it affects my sleep in general. |
|
i dont think it will i used to do that, but i stopped and i sleep the same. |
|
Well I don't think it will affect your overall sleep that much. Most TV's come with a sleep timer function, and you could always set that if you're worried about it affecting your sleep. |

It affects my slepp for the better since i have tinnitus, listening to that noise in the silence is a terror.. one time i was watching a t.v. show in my dream and when i woke up it was the same episode i watched in my dream, like my mind recognised that episode. |

I WILL BAN YOU
sometimes a little noise helps... it's honestly easier for me to concentrate if there is just a little bit of something happening in the background where i can't see it but can hear it... |
