Your getting around 8 hours of sleep , so there shouldn't be any health risks. If there is than im screwed becuase thats how I sleep during school breaks. |

I'm not sure what the target age group here is, but I tend to have weird sleep hours during the summer after I'm done with school. I sleep from usually 3:30 am- 5am to around 12pm-2pm. What are the health risks of this? |

If you're not sleeping in a completely dark room you make less melatonin which may increase your risk of all kinds of cancer later in life. I've seen several correlational studies on it now (no real proof). Researchers looked at shift workers. |

I only sleep 2 hours during the school year, and in the summer I'm lucky if I can fall asleep at all.... |
