      Sleeep paralysis

Hi, i was wondering if anyone here has experience sleep paralysis or hypnagogic hallucinations. I used to have them almost everyday for around 2 months when i was 14 or 15. To this day if the conditions are right i get pretty nasty episodes of hypnagogic hallucinations. Seems to me like they are almost the opposite of a lucid dream. If anyone is interested i can share some of my stories.

Omg I had one. It felt so REAL! I was dreaming about something nice when suddenly I "woke up" and there was this small, creepy doll levitating over me. She had a spell binding me. I couldn't move and I couldn't speak. I was so scared. Then I thought of God and the spell broke! That's when I truly woke up. I couldn't sleep for 2 days. I didn't know about sleep paralysis then.

      What's your story?

I had them when I was a kid, but since have learned how to control them
and use the SP for entering a lucid dream. Once I learned this the
      hallucinations stopped.

Yeah, I get it. Not too often though. I don't see how it would be the opposite of a lucid. In fact there are many similarities. I'm thinking consciously during both, for example. I can also choose to wake up in both and have some control over what I experience.

I had one half a year ago. I was freaked out even though I had read about it before.
