      Oops!

I changed my sleep schedule somehow (in the first day of my vacation), and I want to know if it's healthy, or if I should change it before the end of the week.
I seem to fall asleep at around 2:30AM and wake up at 7:30AM, then I nap from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
      Is this alright?

EDIT: Today I only could nap for about 1.5 hours, is this ok?

It's called biphasic sleep, and many believe it to be a lot healthier than monophasic ('normal') sleep anyway
And you'll also find it's efficient on time than monophasic sleep, so it's not surprising to me that you could only nap for 1.5 hours, considering that you sleep for 5 hours at night anyway.

If you just keep doing what feels good, and you don't feel horrible in the waking hours, then it's all good ... congrats on becoming polyphasic

Put it this way.. many people who start out doing uberman end up eventually settling into biphasic.
And lately I'm finding myself going that way too. It's just a lot more convenient.

At the moment, I'm doing something like this:
      4am-7am
      1pm-2pm
      10:00pm-10:20pm
      12:00pm-12:20pm

I suspect I'll end up in something even simpler eventually
