      Dizziness and poor sleep cycle

      For the past 3 months ive been going to bed at like 3 A.M........getting up at 6.
      and i do this every morning exept on weekends which i just wake up at 11-12 A.M.........I have severe anxiety 2.....

      i need to know if you think my symptoms are Sleep induced?
      Dizziness, Feel like im bout to just fall over asleep, Sleepyness, Tired 24/7,
      Loss of sexual needs, Trouble breathing (Anxiety on that one), Anxiety, Acne,
      Nausea, tired a lot easier, muscles always tense,

      And ive been out of school and going to bed round 4 A.M and waking up round 11 A.M --- but the symptoms are still there.

      Please can some one help me?
      and its kinda hard to sleep cuz i have dreams about getting Shot in Iraq cuz im getting deployed in less that 2 motnhs

      It's entirely likely your symptoms are sleep induced, because 3 hours sleep is not healthy. It's much better to go to sleep earlier and then wake up earlier than to sleep in all morning until 11am.

      thank you for your response......i have a goal that this week im getting my sleep scheldule back in order.....should be easy......in the army im used to switching up my sleep scheldule constantly.

      so hopefully since im delayed from iraq for 6 months i can get better....

      im even starting the P90X Workout ruitine. the 90 day training system.
      also ill be doing breathing exercises for stress..

      i officailly start this on 1/10/09 --- its a 90 day recovery untill i have to leave to my training post for the army...

      diet is gona be changed as well....only high calorie low fat. and plenty of protien.

      taking multi-vitamins every day as well of course.


      ......thank you i was wondering if that could be the cause....

      cross your fingures lets hope i recover from this....if this is what it is
