Well, Im guessing sugar boosts your awareness and stuff like that in dreams. So yes. Sugar is probably the reason for this. |

Last night I had a cup of tea with my dinner, alter that night i had a long and vivid dream, do you think it could be due to the sugar in the tea increasing tryptophan (therfore serotonin therefore melotonin)? I've oftened wondered why I had low dream recall when i didnt drink tea with dinner, might jsut be a coinsidence. I'm considering doing a research project on it. |

Maybe I'll put some sugar in my tea tonight. I drink a cup of tea (usually Earl Grey) before bed, but never with sugar. |

Tea decreases my recall but the dreams I have are vivid . It's odd. |
