Hey all. My first post. Sorry if this is in the wrong place or has already been brought up. A couple months back I was reading about sleep and I came across a neurotransmitter/chemical/nootropic that evidently tells the brain to ignore external noise/stimuli while asleep, thus allowing one to sleep thru noise and whatnot. I can't for the life of my remember what it was or find it. I could have sworn it was Phenylalanine, but I can't seem to find any mention of it anywhere. If anyone knows, I'd love to hear it. Thanks in advanced |

Only thing i remember about Phenylalanine is that it exists in bubble gum or dent pastilles and stuff, and if you get too much of it you get wet poo and your ass hurts alot in the little room. |
