      This scared the crap out of me last night.

      I woke up in the middle of the night last night. I went back to sleep and woke up again an hour later. Now I couldn't move and It felt like the bed was moving really fast and it felt like a rollercoaster flying up a Giant hill. It lasted about 5 minutes, then I just fell asleep after that. What the hell was that? This is all I've been thinking about all day. This happened a couple times a few years ago, but it didn't feel nothing like this one.

      yeah it is or mabie you was still dreaming.

      have you ever layed in ur bed for 30 min without moving but keeping ur brain awake and then you will see alot of crazy shit will start happening i have felt hands on my chest crushing me into the bed =] but its not really there.

      Yup, definitely Sleep Paralysis. When you are in Sleep Paralysis while awake, you often have auditory and visual hallucinations. A lot of people love going into SP because it can let them gently slip into vivid dreams very quickly.
