I believe your describing remote viewing where you close your eyes and you immediately see a dream environment or person infront of you clear as day. This is also common amongst astral projectors in the sense that they skip non rem and go directly into a rem dream state. Which usually leads to vivid lucid dream like experiences. namaste. |

"when you fall unconscious, what your mind expresses is a dream.
When you are aware, what your mind expresses is creativity. It creates your life.
When you are in a higher state of consciousness, it not only creates the life of whatever you want, but also on whom ever you want". -LifeBlissFoundation

Are you just saying that you experience rapid eye movement...like your eyeballs or eyelids fluttering? Or you actually enter a dream state? This post is confusing, and the responses are even more so. If it's just fast eye movement...check out the link below. You never mentioned entering a dream, but typically when we talk about REM, especially here, it is in relation to REM sleep (dreaming). |

Yes, i do believe i am experiencing Saccade, and too clarify, sometimes when i close my eyes, they move Rapidly, hence, i said REM no dream scene of Hypnogogic imagery. |

Yeah, it's just your eyes vibrating, it's not REM. It is possible to get to REM while awake, they are called micronaps, but usually only happen with sleep disorders. |
