My friend showed my this the other day and I found it very interesting, and I started to question if this can actually be done.

obs: it is a huuuge image.

To make the long history short, it is a article - from I don't know where exactly - that explains how you can sleep only two hours a day and feel completely rested. The trick is to instead of sleeping a long period at once, sleep in short periods throughout the day, in which the article shows that there are many variations that one can perform.

The most extreme possibility is to take six 20 minute naps during the 24 hours of the day, which I wonder:
1) Could this actually work?
2) Would that kind of sleep be only REM? Because if that is the case, well, then this method would amazing to train WILD.

So, if you guys were interested to read the article - which, though long, I found to be very interesting and informative - what are your thoughts about it?
