I don't know much about an ISO but I can share to you what I read about a solution that companies are usually asking for in terms of quality management. Based on the article I found, the solutions must allow you to track and manage compliance processes, while automating its processes effectively. I won'y be able to give recommendations about a suitable software. My advice is to look for one has a high degree of versatility in order to have a quality management that meets your goals and standards.

Hello there. Sorry for the late reply. Anyway, we already found a software. We found out that Verse Solutions which provides our employee training software, also has a software for quality management. My boss went with them because they're already familiar with the company.
