Thread: New Graphics Card

alright, heres the deal. I'm trying to upgrade my computer because its fallen behind. plus i cant buy a whole new one

For example for the longest time I was forced to run XP on 256 RAM >.< (been fixed now)

Now what I wanna upgrade is my graphics card. (a shitty FX 5200 >.<)

Now, i&#39;m gonna need to use this card probably for the next 3-5 years and I game so i need something good yet still not hugely expensive. I&#39;m looking at the 7600. is that a good card to get right now? I know its one of the best in the market currently but will it last for a while and be capable of delivering for the next, next gen?

lookie here I&#39;m thinking of grabing this. it worth it?

you sure your mobo can take pci-express cards?

dude, NEVER say such things about the FX 5200. That card has gotten me through every game...until battlefield 2 in which reality came to such a shocking front that I almost cried. Still a terrific and superb low-end card.
