Right, I went to Woolys with my dad and bought The Simpsons Game for PS2 and a PS2 'Controller With Vibration Feedback". I got home and I was like "Come on!" but when I plugged my PS2 in and inserted the game, I got that newsreader guys screen and then on the screen it mensioned the 'Please insert memory card' crap. So I went to have a look (reset it without the disk) and it came up with 'No Data', I went to look for my other PS2 memory card, and success on finding that (someone give me a high five for a having two memory cards). I inserted it and again it comes up with 'No Data'. I get this random thought that the controller might be something to do with it because I had my normal PS2 controller in yesterday and my brother was playing 'Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories' (good game) and it detected my memory on that when I told my brother if he wanted a file that he would have to safe on another Block or Bit or whatever you call it.

The reason I have about three is because the wires have found their way out of the controller and wires and it had been a while since I got a new one. So I insert this red one (MadCatz) and then it detects one memory card. Yeah I don't care about the other one now. Anyway, I played about with it just to experiment. And it turns out, this controller goes out, the memory card appears, I put it in, it evaporates. I was like "What the eff?".

So does anyone know what the hell is happaning?
