You'll need to integrate it into your site, thats providing your site is not a free hosted one with little options.

You'll then have to either pay for or get some open source Blog layout plugins/coding for your site, then if your using dreamweaver, just integrate it into it and upload it all to your ftp server. Its fairly straight forward and the majority of blog layouts are friendly with DreamWeaver and other programs like it so that you can add it in more of a graphical way.

I believe there is a way you can manually do it, but its up to you at the end of the day, i'd be happy to help you get it up if you need the help.

I pay for my hosting and everything, nothing is free so got access to everything if needed - where can I get the software and stuff to do it?

If it's a 'nix system, there are a zillion programs out there to do it - search Source Forge for one.

The problem you are going to encounter is keeping it spammer-free. I've abandoned commenting on all the sites I manage because they are so diligent.

You can have exactly that if you like, obviously you can adjust styles, but here is the link to where you can get this addon.

That won't work because I have my own Server. You need to use theirs, I have already read through all their documentation and they don't allow integration into my website unless I do it though them

Umm.... I'm fairly good with php, so I could probably code you a comment script like that from Scratch for you, provided I had all the right details such as table names/fields and stuff of that sort.

So you just want a comment script so people can leave comments? I can do that, but I'll be honest and say that layout design, isn't my strong suit, so I could do all the raw code for you, html fields and such, but you might want to get someone to put it into a good layout or do that part yourself.
