Anyone familiar with Windows XP black

Hey everyone, Is anyone here familar with Windows XP black, becuase I'm getting ready to install it on my laptop which currently is running vista. You see, I hate vista, and I've never had so much trouble with a computer. One of the tech guys at my dad's job told him about a corporate OS, Known as XP black. Dad told me that it was better than windows XP so I thought I've got nothing to lose. To get to the point, I had a few questions about it. My first question is can it be installed as an upgrade, similar to upgrading for windows XP service pack 1 to service pack 2. My second question is can it be booted through the disk like Linux ubuntu. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me about it, and soon.

      As far as I know,
XP Black Edition is a hacked up version of XP Corporate

      - No activation / WGA / licence keys are needed (a la Corporate)
      - Lots of useless stuff has been removed
      - Much lower hardware requirementsP than plain XP Pro
      - Comes pre-configured for DVD playback, plus all the codecs for digital video (XP can do this, but you need to buy 3rd party software to play DVD's)
      - There are some elements of Vista back-ported to it as well (the side bar and a few other bits & bobs)

All with a slick black theme

      Never used it
      but have heard of it

      *edit*
      Regarding Windows bootable live CD's
you can do it with BartPE
