      Cogent Co

      They make me sick, Got me locked out of youtube and I can't get pass North Dakota on a trace route after hitting the backbone. Anyone else having problems getting to Youtube?

      Cogent has given me more troubles on the net than any other backbone operator. So your issue doesn't really surprise me.
