      You can shrink it down to 130x130 in Photoshop or Gimp and if it's still too big (it shouldn't be) you can change the precision.

      How do I do that? I have photoshop and gimp ( I just downloaded GIMP)

      By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

      In Photoshop: Image -> Image Size. Change it to 130x130.
