Help with uploading animated dreams

I created my first animated dream with audio using MonkeyJam. I can't upload it onto Youtube to create a link from here so you all can see it. Any suggestions? Is there a way I can upload it to Yahoo or AOL and create a link on here for people to view it? its a .xps file so any help would be greatful.

I don't understand, is it a movie or a gif or what?

If you mean like this:

Take the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6IqgvXFaWU

Take the part after ...watch?v= (It's a6IqgvXFaWU) (Sluggo's Movie)

And put it in the Youtube brackets, which is "yt" in this "[]" so it looks like this [QQ] (the QQ is supposed to be YT) and for the end, put [/QQ]. So it should look like this [QQ] a6IqgvXFaWU [/QQ]. Get it?

Well if they weren't animate then how the hell would you a) have one b) know you were having one or c) be able to do anything in one?

wow, that was way over my head. I made a cartoon of my dream using a frame by frame program called monkeyjam. The program saves the file as .xps and the images are simple .bmp or .img files (from paint program) very basic. It wouldn't upload it on youtube for me because of file type. It plays well in the Monkeyjam program but I want it to be visible for others. Does anyone have experience with converting Monkeyjam files or does anybody know where I can upload monkeyjam files so others can view/listen to my cartoon?

Oh, when you save it, below the file name, it says: JPG,GIF,ect and chose what you want to save it as. I think..

What you need is a video file. avi / mpg / wmv / ogg etc.

There's a couple freeware programs out there that will convert a series of single images to a video file. You can use that. Google.

Also, that MonkeyJam program should have some sort of "Export to" feature that should let you export to avi.

You can use VirtualDub to compress the movie (it's probably uncompressed after you first export it).

Thanks!! I just uploaded the movie to youtube and will have the link soon! Eventually I want to work with Blender and create 3D movies of my dreams. Tough program to learn though, but I'll get there. Thanks for the help all.
