Ah i am annoyed every so often when i am on the internet it says failed to load page and its so annoying, its random when it happens, what could be wrong.

A bad connection somewhere between you and the ISP. My father dealt with that once, it's your ISP's fault.

I had that happen once. It was not pretty.

Amusingly, a friend of mine, who is a navigator on a seismic vessel, was in the storm I was referring to, with her anchor down (and dragging), so there is a small chance it was her ship.
