Diablo. My heart nearly jumped up and out of my mouth when I saw that Diablo III was announced.

And if that wasn't enough: they were going to make a Starcraft II also.

Yes, this year will be awesome.



When do the games actually come out, by the way?

I like all the games, though in lore and gametime, I'll have to say Warcraft III and WoW. I still play dota occasionally and I play WoW all the time.

They are also coming out with WoW: Wrath of the lich king. Blizzard is working their hearts out right now. I'm not sure how they can get all 3 done.

But anyways, Even though I'm not into fantasy much, I still think I like the Warcraft universe the most.

So far starcraft is still the best RTS that I have ever played. Hands down. The fact that it can run on a Pentium 90mhz is nice too

When do the games actually come out, by the way?

From what I have heard, a demo version of Diablo III will be coming out with Wow: Wrath of the Lich King. I have also heard that Starcraft II may hit American stores (too bad for me) in December. I've put in a pre-order for the game, so I may get it around the same time.

favourite is actually accepted every where in the world as far as an english language goes, as far as i know

Game I've played the most of has been Diablo II (expansion). And I've spend every minute of it doing exactly what I did the preceding minute. Ugh (still play it though).

It's not really "accepted" so much as people just still know what you're talking about. In America, it's considered incorrect spelling, but here in Canada it's incorrect if you spell it without the "u", same as colour. I'd get a deduction on a paper if I wrote it as "color". Anyway.

My favourite is definitely Starcraft. I've been playing it for years now, and it's still probably my favourite game of all time. I heard about Starcraft 2 the day they announced it, and have been like dying to have it ever since. I personally can't stand games like WoW, although WC3 and whatnot are fine, but still Starcraft is better in my opinion. I've never played Diablo, although I plan on picking up the pack of the first and second next time I take a trip to the mall.

I sorta feel the same way about WoW as well, I find it to be an overpriced version of Runescape, my mate plays it, and I'm trying to get him into Diablo instead of wasting his time. I showed him the Diablo 3 gameplay and he's obsessed with the game now, he has the video on his Ipod Touch and he says when D3 comes out he'll quit Wow.

Diablo. Warcraft is too colorful. Starcraft is too futuristic and weird. Also Diablo games kick ass.

Definately Diablo, I would never touch a warcraft (It's just a stupid game to me). Starcraft seems alright but I've never actually played the original so starcraft 2 isn't a big thing for me.

I interpreted the question to be about lore, in which case I must choose Starcraft.

Haha, I used to play Starcraft 6/7... 6 hours of the day and seven day a week...

Yeah that was me in middle school. I got sick of the RTS shit and started just playing custom maps, and then it got to the point where all I was playing was roleplayer's rpgs. God I loved those. My mom eventually hid the game and then couldn't find it again. I think she threw it away. It pissed me off to no end. That game was my life. Yeah, I had to grow up though.
