Substitute for SmartFTP Client?

Well, finally they decided to charge for the use of SmartFTP - does anyone know of another decent free FTP Client? Thanks.

Only ever really used FTP to access my Uni space from home, but FileZilla served me well in that capacity.

filezilla, winscp (can do FTP), Filezilla (addon for firefox), gFTP for linux. Smart ftp is pretty outdated. Filezilla is the best if you want to do simple stuff and work right out of firefox. Filezilla is a great client and can do multiple uploads at once and winscp is the best SFTP client

Filezilla started messing up on me, so I switched to FireFTP, which integrates into Firefox. I haven't looked back, I love it! It's a Firefox addon, though, so you do have to use Firefox.

I use it and it is a fantastic little app.
