Usually, if you get a number extension, it was part of a package that was being downloaded that stopped halfway through, they are usually temp files. What program did you use to download them?

Try a .sit expander, Lots of programs consider them rar zips because the compression is similar, but winrar won't open them.
I used a torrent to download them, but it's alright, I got it working. The instruction manual that came with it just gave the wrong instructions, took a little messing around, but I finally got it to work somehow. Thanks guys.
