The website www.vcdhelp.com usually has solutions for this kind of stuff. Just search for ".flv to .avi". |

I don't think Office applications support videos with multiple formats. You need to unify it into one format. Quicktime can do that for you, open the file, go to Export and use MPEG-2. AVI is a horrible format, MPEG-2 isn't great either, but it's not very complex so all Windows Apps can read it. |
