Yes and no. Yes, there is a way to use your dial-up connection wirelessly, but the speed is not worth it. It would be impractical at best.

No, you cannot use dialup to access an office network and make use of their high-speed connection. Or rather, it is possible, but less than pointless. Regardless of their connection speed, your connection speed is still limited to 56k at most, so if anything it would just slow you down further with extra routing and requests.

I would suggest looking into something like Wireless Hometown in your area, or satellite internet.

Thanks for the answer and the link. Unfortunately Satellite internet isn't an option for me. My daughters doctor thought about getting it at one time but it would've cost her something like $300. a month!

You should be able to get satellite through WildBlue or HughesNet for around $50-$60 a month, actually. The setup fee is what's so high.

I'm probably going to have to go with that, myself.
