      Sonic R, dammit!

      Tried to run Sonic R on my Vista machine, but an exception kept popping up. There's a YouTube video involving a person altering the hex code to bypass the exception, but I don't know any good/free/safe editors.

      Long story short: I'm looking for a hex code editor for free, sans viruses.
