      Changing your voice (VOIP)?

      So i thought it would be totally awesome to sound like one of these guys (attachment). Is there a program that would allow you to change your voice into the one provided? Or to the guy that made Unreal Tournament 2004 announcer?
      (Kicking yourself in the balls won't work i guess )

      No, those don't exist outside of the movies. The theory is there, and voice manipulation is possible with a wide variety of software, but automatic matching is currently impossible.

      Yes, you can do that with a wide variety of software. Not sure how many free ones though, Some that come to mind are Adobe SoundBooth, Apple Final Cut Studios, and Sony Vegas. Each cost over $1000.

      Getting a robotic voice is a matter of reducing sound quality most of the time actually and adding a slight echo.
      It can be done in Audacity to some extent.

      The other one is more difficult, and will require you to smoke a lot of cigarettes.

      Voice Changers are what you're looking for.

      There are some free ones out there, but if you want something good, you'd have to pay for it.
