I'm fairly sure it's not a virus. It doesn't just crash my game, it crashes my entire computer. Would a trojan really shut off your entire computer? Regardless, I scan with NOD32 fairly regularly, and I did so only about 2 days ago and it found nothing. Should NOD32 have found this trojan if that is indeed what it is, or do I have to download these programs?
CPUID isn't working for me for some reason, it freezes when it gets to "Monitoring" in it's initial scans. I had to shut down the computer and everything to get it to stop running, end process wasn't even working on it, and even the computer I had to force shut down because it just wasn't responding for some reason. So, I think CPUID is out of the question.
I'm not sure what the other one could do for me anyway, and I don't have a validation number anyway. I need something that can keep a log of all the hardware I have running, and see what it is that's failing me, if such a thing exists.
Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it. I'm starting to get pissed off though, just when I thought this shit was fixed, after I paid 40 bucks to get it fixed, and it starts back up again.... It just seems like its never ending with this crap.... Thinking of saying screw it, and just buying a brand new computer, but that's probably stupid....
