      Wireless LAN messed up

Well, for a long time, I've used this same laptop to connect to the same network with the same WLAN card and the same Driver for it.

But one day, it decides to stop working on this network.

It still works on all other networks. And when I use Linux, I am able to connect to this network. And I can still use my Xbox, PSP, mobile phone on this network.

It is just this Windows 7 on this one particular network that doesn't work anymore.

      I even tried re-installing win 7. Still didn't work.

Keep in mine, this randomly stopped working when I was sitting on my laptop one day.
(Well, it started to disconnect, then reconnect, then disconnect, and so on, until one moment where it never reconnected again.)
And by the way, when I say it won' connect, I mean, it doesn't even find the network at all.

I would like to find out how to fix it. But I am mostly so curious as to what the fuck is going on. It just doesn't seem to make sense.
But do you reckon installing windows Vista would work? (this is the OS that came with the laptop) I just want a little bit of hope before risking it (I'll loose all my settings and shit)

      Well fuck...

I tried going back to Vista... and yea... it didn't work...
      It makes no sense whatsoever.
How can ONLY Windows in general not work for ONLY ONE network...

It doesn't make sense, at all...
Can someone shed some light on this situation? As to how this is possible?

Update your drivers. Windows doesn't do that for you, Microsoft couldn't figure out how to do that efficiently for some reason.

That was the first thing I tried.
