Lately ive been experimenting with going to bed at different times,-anywhere from 12-6am, one time i went to bed at 6am (which was the latest ive ever gone to bed, so i was sooo tired)and as i laid down literally 5 minutes later, im not sure how to describe it but it was like i could hear myself breathing even though i wasnt breathing consciously, i could feel my chest rise and fall,my breathing had been automated.it was the freakiest shit ever. So naturally i assumed i was already in SP. but a dream hadnt formed? :/ How would you go about forming a dream scene? i was just kinda of like "well damn, now what?"
