Initially going to bed, I felt a deep numbness in my right arm. At first it was easy to ignore, but it gradually began to feel like something was squeezing it. It started to feel like a blood pressure tester. I stayed much calmer than my last encounter with numbness/SP, but after it started to get pretty painful, I moved my arm. But when I moved it, I could only move my shoulder, the rest was limp.
After moving it into a more comfortable position, the pain stopped, but then it started to feel as if my arm were being pulled down into my bed. Keep in mind all of this was only happening to my right arm. It got really hot and the pressure of it going into the bed was uncomfortable, until the pressure was let off and it felt as if my skin, blood, and muscle sank, but my bones stayed in level with my body. Then my boney feeling arm felt as if it were rising up into the air without any intervention. Here, I tried to get the same feeling with my other arm, but it only tingled. My right arm felt as if it was weightless for a while before I abruptly woke up.
I did an RC of course, but no cigar. Later that night, I awoke about 4 hours later, (went to bed a bit late for my scheduled WBTB), went on #DV and read about some lucid dreaming. 30 minutes later, I climbed into bed, in a reverse position. The exact thing happened, only with my left arm. I never went lucid.

What exactly was going on here and how can I develop this into an actual WILD?
I was also taking the Tension Tamer tea, and Melatonin with B-6.
