      Itching and scratching

I've been practicing my WBTB/WILD technique the past few weeks. My dreams have been getting much more vivid, but I still have yet to become lucid. My main issue is simple... itches.

It's hard to focus when little itches come up, it's very hard to resist the urge to scratch when I'm trying to let my body fall into sleep. Not to mention it distracts from the task at hand....

How do you folks deal with these pesky little itches? Do you try to ignore? It seems the more I think about itching, the more I itch....

Just try not to think about them. Thats the best advice i could give. More experience users would have better advice, so go to other wild tutorials and look through comments and you'll understand more on it.
Peter piper picked your pecker.... wait that's not right.
