I decided that the best method for me to use was WILD, as I never seem to remember to RC when I'm in a dream.
The last 10 days or so, I've tried getting into Sleep Paralysis in an afternoon nap (waking up in the middle of the night is pretty inconvenient for me). When I try, I get some of the sensations I've read about, such as feeling heavy and hallucinating.
I saw a thread a while back that said that when I get to this point, I should try getting up, or rolling over, and I'll find myself in a dream. But it just hasn't worked for me. I get often get to the stage when I almost lose feeling of my hands and feet, and yet I find myself physically getting up, suggesting that I'm not yet in SP.
I have found that I don't visualise very much while attempting SP, and I think there's only been one occasion with a decent amount of imagery (unfortunately I opened my eyes without realising it). Is this influencing my chances? And can anyone give me any advice on where to go now? I feel so close to a WILD
