      Disturbances as help, not hinderance!

I have found this weird thing that happens to me almost every time I attempt MILD or WILD. I enter sleep paralysis from a short awakening. I think there is a name for this method but I don't know.

It happened again last night. One of my family members was walking in my house at around 4:00 AM. I woke up for less than a minute, and entered sleep paralysis. I relaxed and waited till it was over, then entered a lucid dream. It has happened to me a few other times.

I think I will try to create a disturbance tonight (quiet alarm) that I can do this again. It's almost like WBTB but a lot shorter, and I don't move or I wake up totally.
      LUCID DREAM GOALS:
go inside a computer processor and fight viruses [ ]
      fight chuck norris [ ]
      make it rain [ ]
fly a magic carpet and snipe people from it [ ]

I don't suffer from sleep paralysis, I enjoy every second of it.
