First WILD attempt, How close was I?
So yeah, I got about 6 hours of sleep and then woke up early by about 10 mins before my phone went off...Then I wrote about the short little dream I had in my DJ, and then ate a few mints and starting wilding. I did the breathing method where you count your breaths and go "Breath in,1, Breath out, Im dreaming,Breath out,2, etc"...Well...I got to 350 maybe more before quitting. At first it was very hard because I kept starting over because I kept swallowing. I even started over when I had that small little small you can't really help for some reason...Anyways I got light SP after a while and didn't know I really had it till I quit but it wasn't that bad. Also I had that buzzing noise/feeling in the back of your head which went away soon after I swallowed ( I needed it really bad).
Anyways how was this for a first attempt? Any tips? Any more details you'd like to know?
Thanks, gonna try this tonight. Also I was gonna try agian after I quit but my back was killin me..
Forgot to mention during the middle of the WILD my body kept making very small jumps, like my leg would move with a very strong yet weak (since SP) jolt to just barley move. It happends all over, I tried to stop it but I couldn't, It was very small jolts, too.
