Was I close in my first attempt?

I tried to do the WILD technique today in the morning. I had 6 hours of sleep. So I just laid there and I felt my body go numb. Then my heart was beating real fast. Also there was a jolt that went to my legs that kept making them jump. I didn't see no images in my head there was just dark space. Then I thought I was dreaming so I moved my body but it turns out I wasn't. When you have a successful WILD do you feel your bed around you and the covers or do you just feel entirely different? Was I close with my attempt?

sounds like it. grounding exercises may help you to let it flow a bit more easily and prevent you from getting the jolt in the legs.
