Question What is the best position to lie in?

      Hey guys,

Is there a particular position I should be laying in when sleeping after a WBTB? I have heard some people claiming I should be laying on my back, but this seems to keep me awake as it is quite uncomfortable, IMO. Should I just lay in my regular sleeping position, which is on my side?

      Thanks,

      Calum

The best position is the position where you feel most comfortable , I guess

I could no have put it any better best position is what you are conftable with. Remember you are trying to fall asleep yet retain awareness, you don't want a position that keeps you awake.
