Succesfuly transitioned last night, but OBE or LD..?

Hi, so yesterday I took a 6 hour nap from 4 PM to 10 PM. I went on the computer until midnight then decided to try to wild. I felt some very very intense shaking, and I knew I was transitioning into a dream so i was excited. But instead of going into a dream I felt like I was being pulled out of my body and landed in my room. I walked around, looked into mirror and noticed I had 3 eyes. I got really freaked out and woke up. I tried again, and felt violent shaking and the same thing happened. I walked around my house this time and saw my family. I avoided them and just fucked around my house. then got woken up by my alarm in the morning. So was this a dream or an OBE? Because it didn't really feel like a dream. Oh, and when I was leaving the "dream" I felt like I was being pulled back into my body.

I consider to be an OBE the same as a lucid dream so I would say lucid dream.

But can't you have a OBE even when your not in REM periods?
