      Sounds helping WILD?

      I just tried to WILD for my first time about 40 min. ago (2:00pm). I got to SP and was beginning to see some HI, but it faded away shortly. My dog barked a few seconds after this and I instantly saw an explosion of different colors and lines. This continued until she stopped barked when everything just went into black for a couple minutes and I decided to get up.

      Could it be that sounds may help with WILDing?

      This is probably HS (Hypnotic Sounds) its basically the same thing as HI but with sounds. HS like HI me means you close to entering a dream.
      Current status: Practicing my WILD method.

      The problem for me would be that outside sounds keep me attached to the real world, and something like a dog barking would break my concentration and trance. (This may have been the reason everything went HI ended and you decided to get up?)
