I was THIS CLOSE (I think) to getting to the stage where your body sends out the urge to move. I had been lying there for about ten minutes (I woke up after getting four hours' sleep to try the WBTB method) and I started getting a weird shaking sensation from side to side. I figured this was the point where I'd cross over into SP so although I was excited, I remained calm. And then out of the blue, I had massive random pins and needles in my right hand (I was on my back with my right hand resting on my stomach)so I had to move - back to reality.

What's the best position to sleep in for maximum ease whilst trying to enter SP? I know some of you will say that it depends on me, but I don't mind spending a few nights adjusting how I sleep if it means more LDs in the long run.
