      Having Issues staying in SP?

Lately, i have been having issues not being able to stay in SP.

SP starts out the same for me. I feel really awkward, and always regret the position i chose to lay in. I will feel awkward for maybe two minutes. Like the blankets over me are getting heavier, then i feel a bit claustrophobic. I get more and more confined, as if my arms and legs are getting closer and closer together. Then out of nowhere i go back to laying normally.

I can go through this cycle several times (without moving). Whats the deal? I never hear anything. The farthest I can get is seeing very faint images. Those are more just colors swirling around than anything!

      Whats the deal?

Once SP starts to set in, you really just have to continue to remain completely calm and relaxed. Keep in mind the goal here is to fall asleep. You just want to remain conscious as you do so. If you are thinking too much about the blankets and your limbs restricting you, you could be keeping your mind too active and you will be unable to finish falling asleep. It seems to me you are in the early stages of sleep paralysis. If you get any unpleasant hallucinations, simply ignore them and act as if nothing strange is happening. Just continue whatever method it is you are using and strive toward sleep. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
