Nap and WBTB for a succesful WILD

Hey guys, I received some earlier advice that I should try nap WILDing I'm just a bit confused on the details. I'm pretty sure this means I can attempt a WILD twice in one day which would be awesome .

I'm just wondering on the times specifically for instance I go to bed normally at 12/12:30am and WBTB occurs at about 5:00am, does that mean I should try to nap at 8/9am?? I mean at what period of time difference do you become unable to perform a successful WILD nap.

Also I heard that I should wake up a couple hours before I normally awaken, how does this work if I'm performing a normal WBTB, because as per a normal WBTB I wake-up 2 hours prior to my normal time anyway, does that mean I should only sleep through the normal WBTB for 1 hour
