A question about sleep paralysis and WBTB.

About 10 minutes after I return to bed and try to enter sleep paralysis I get that "falling feeling" and it jolts me awake..

Does that happen to other people?

I'm hitting a roadblock with this issue.

This has happened to me before. Try sleeping more before you attempt to WILD. I only have this happen when I am super tired.
