Sounds like SP to me, any strange sensations especially vibrations are characteristic of SP especially the spinning and rolling sensations. |

So, it was 2am when I decided to go to sleep and attempt a WILD. I began to relax and let my mind wander. Remembering not to focus to hard on these thoughts. Eventually my legs began to feel numb, followed by my hands. |

I'm pretty sure that was SP. I basically experienced this last time I DEILDed except I only felt the spinning and then I kinda folded into myself and when I opened my eyes I was dreaming. |

If you went to bed at 2 AM, then I am assuming you fell asleep at the beginning of your sleep cycle, which means you weren't entering REM. Therefore I don't see how it could have been Sleep Paralyis. I was never able to enter SP at the beginning of the night, which makes perfect sense. |

You shouldn't be skeptical of OBE's they're just a different transition process from a WILD, Stephen LaBerge often commented on them merely being identical to performing a WILD, its just a different form of expectation which presents itself as a bizarre experience. Also a lot of people can enter SP at the beginning of the night mainly those are people who have already performed WILD numerous times with WBTB there's a thread in this section by Maekel on how to perform a pre-WBTB WILD. |
