I've been trying to wild for 2 weeks.Since it's holidays for me i fall asleep around 12 AM and wake up at 10 AM , that's 10 hours of sleep.I Wake up several times at night and try to remember my dreams, the problem is i can't remember any of my dreams until 7 or 8 AM.It seems like i can only dream from 7 AM.I do a WBTB at 6 AM but i fail to WILD and go to sleep.I had 3 DILDs and all ended around 9:50 AM.I thought dreams usually form at the end of 8 HOURS of sleep?.So if i wake up at 8 AM and save 2 hours of sleep for a nap, does that mean that my REM cycle will happen during the nap?And what time is the best for napping? |
