I'm not too sure about how the sleep cycles work, but if I miss sleep will I skip the cycles that go along with it? For example, since I want to try WILDing tonight, but will be up late, is it possible to try a WILD after staying up until like 3am with no sleep and go directly into REM? Or do I need to get sleep before attempting a WILD (I know it is possible with no sleep at all beforehand, but it takes a long time and I am still a novice). |
