WILD is very hard to do if you are just going to bed. Don't be lazy and do WBTB. Otherwise, I think you'll find more success with another technique. |

Ive been trying to WILD for a few times now, during day and when going to sleep. So i lay there and maybe change position a few times. When ive not moved my limbs for a while my heartbeat goes up and i feel something, though not related to any senses (like i was going in a bit more sleepy state?) |

It will just take longer for your body to relax, and enter the SP stage. If you manage that, your dream itself will not be as vivid and can easily fall apart. |

As much as I would like to LD right as I go to bed, it just isn't feasible. And it's going to be near impossible if you've never LD'd before, too. I would also say try WTBD. Hell, work on DILD when you practice WILD. Doesn't hurt to do reality checks durring the day to increase your chances of a lucid dream. |

When i try wild with no previous sleep, is it better to use the techniques where you keep your mind empty and count or should i imagine being in a dream with all of my senses (because it helped me a bit) or does it really matter? |

You should be actively trying to get to sleep. It's kind of a confusing concept and I haven't really wrapped my brain around it either. So be aware to keep your mind awake, but try to sleep (x_X?) |

Managed to get to the point where breathing becomes a bit harder... :3 |

What makes me not enter sp btw? Is it because i usually swallow once around the time, or because i focus on my body once in a while accidentally? Or should i just try to keep my mind clearer...? o.e |
